Refund policy
Haute Couture Experience
1. Full Payment & Project Start
The full payment is required upfront to confirm your booking. The project begins only once the total amount has been received.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
Due to the highly personalized and time-intensive nature of this service, all payments are non-refundable once the project has started. Each client experience is fully bespoke and cannot be transferred or resold.
3. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If the client cancels before the official start date (before research, sourcing, or consultation has begun), a 50% refund may be granted. This covers the reservation of time slots and administrative costs.
4. Postponement Option
In case of unexpected circumstances, the client may reschedule the start of the project once, within a period of 12 months, subject to availability. No additional fee applies for the first rescheduling.
5. Commitment Duration
Each Haute Couture Styling Experience extends over several months (between 4 to 12 months). Once the project has begun, the process must be followed until completion. No partial refunds will be issued for unused stages or early withdrawal.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In case of serious unforeseen events (illness, force majeure, etc.), adjustments may be considered at the discretion of Ève Dupouy.
